Superb 6 carats diamonds platinum pendant/brooch. All the diamonds in the brooch are I color VS-2 clarity or better. It is a beautiful combination of diamonds. It has pear shaped, marquise shaped, round and baguette diamonds. The design is absolutely beautiful. This is a vintage piece from the 1960s. It has a loop at the top allowing the owner to wear it as a pendant or it may also be worn as a brooch. Weight 13 grams. This is one of the most beautiful vintage platinum and diamonds brooch we have had the pleasure to purchase and offer for sale. This is a recent estate purchase and it is in excellent condition looks like it may never have been worn. The largest pear shaped diamonds measure .45 carats each. There are 48 round diamonds, 14 emerald/baguette cut diamonds, 5 pear shaped diamonds, and 10 marquise shaped diamonds. For a total diamond weight of 6 carats. The brooch/pendant measures 2 inches long and 1-3/4 inches wide at its widest point. The arrangement of the pear shaped diamonds and the marquises below, make it look like there are flowers blooming on the pendant/brooch. It is certainly a unique design and guaranteed to please the most particular jewelry collector or connoisseur. (Item #74221)
