It has a folding loop at the top enabling the wearer to put a chain through to wear as a pendant on necklace. It also has a pin back allowing owner to wear as brooch or pendant. It measures 1-1/4 inches from the top of the frame to the bottom of the frame, not including the loop. From side to side it measures 1 inch. Weight 4.7 grams. This is a unique boroch that may also be worn as a pendant if you place a chain through the back. On the left the brooch has a bee with cabochon ruby eyes a sapphire center and pearl wings and mother of pearl body and there are 12 pearls in its wings. To the right of the bee is an unusually cut blue topaz. There are 3 old cut diamonds and a dark pear shaped sapphire completing the design on the far right. One side of the watch has beautifully engraved fruits and flowers with a blank cartouche where one could engrave their name or initials.
